| OUR FILE: Includes
a rapidly growing stock of over 2300 species and over 150,000 spectacular
digital images in a state-of-the-art, captioned and key worded
file. We completed our transition to digital photography eight years ago and are using
Canon EOS 1D Mark II N and 50D bodies for all work.
SPECIALTIES: birds, butterflies, and cacti; but our files include all natural history subjects as well as people enjoying nature. AVAILABILITY: Images are available drum scanned at up to 4000 dpi on a Howtek Scanmaster 4500 drum scanner or, scanned at up to 4000 dpi on a Nikon Super Coolscan 4000, or as digital captures and available on DVD or internet delivery. GEOGRAPHIC AREA: U.S. and Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Dominica, Antarctica, and Siberia. RECENT COVERAGE: We continue to produce large volumes of natural history images while working on our series of Wildflower and Cactus guides for each state.
